About NICMAR National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has been recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization in 1990 by the department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology. It offers full time programmes, executive programmes and distance learning in the fields of Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Projects CRIP. It has 5 campuses located at Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Goa.

Candidates who have secured minimum 50% marks in their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/ Planning/ Architecture.
Candidates who have secured minimum 50% marks in Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Candidates who have secured minimum 50% marks in their graduation in any discipline. Candidates with work experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates who have secured minimum 50% marks in their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline.
Candidates who have secured minimum 50% marks in their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline. Or Candidates who have secured minimum 50% marks in Diploma in Engineering in any discipline and having minimum 4 years of experience.
Note: Final year students can also apply for all programmes.
Selection Criteria Selection of candidates for admission will be done based on candidate's NCAT or GATE/ CAT/ CMAT/ GMAT scores (which are secured after 1st January 2017), Personal Interview and Rating of Application. Rating of application will be calculated based on the candidate's academic performance and work experience. This admission process will be conducted at multiple centers in India - Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh), Kolkata, Hyderbad (Shamirpet), Pune and Mumbai.
About NCAT NICMAR Common Admission Test NCAT will be conducted for 150 marks and the questions are divided in to following three sections:

Candidates applying online have to pay fees online and have to upload documents. Candidates can also apply in offline mode, for this they need to download the application form from the website: http://www.nicmar.ac.in/Admissions/20181209Admisssion2019-Application%20Form.pdf and have to send the duly filled in application for to the below mentioned address by Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier, along with the application fee of Rs. 2000/- for one programmes or Rs. 2500/- for more than one programme by DD and documents mentioned in the application form. DD should be drawn in favour of NICMAR, Pune.
