Introduction The Institution of Engineers (India), IEI, started its journey in 1920 as a professional body consisting of Engineers of various domains to oversee the technical progress and also as a watchdog of the quality of manufactured products. In 1928 the institution started to provide Engineering education and it received The Royal Charter in 1935. The Institution conducts examinations, known as AMIE, in 10 Engineering disciplines and successful completion of the AMIE examination is equivalent to the Engineering degrees offered by different Engineering colleges throughout India. The qualification is accepted for employment in all government agencies and is famous in private sector too. IEI is recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization by the Ministry of Science and Technology and plays a significant role in research and promotion of Engineering advancements.

The classes of different subjects are conducted at the study centers depending on the number of students registered for coaching and the candidate should be in touch with the respective center to know more about the conduction of different classes.
