It is a very good opportunity for the ex-army officials to work in the territorial army. For civilians, there is another channel and many of them are taking advantage of that.

The territorial army is doing great relief and support jobs in times of distress and calamities. Anyone, whether he is an ex-army person or civilian, should grab such an opportunity to work in the territorial army. I think it is a matter of honour to work in this particular cadre which is doing the service of the nation in its unique ways.
