It is true that the overall progress in the countries paves way for tourism.

I have visited some places where the cleanliness, road network, and other basic amenities are superb and the tourists feel to repeat their trips there. On the other hand, there are some famous places which one does not feel like going due to infrastructure bottlenecks. This is one important aspect in tourism development in any country and the respective Govt must ensure this if they want to develop the areas as well as earn revenue from those places which are having the potential for growth of tourism.

Workers serving the tourists will either be paid directly or from the employers who hire them. India's tourism industry is growing day by day and one of the reasons for that is the promotional campaigns run by government termed as ‘Incredible India'. These campaigns promote India's vibrant culture and various tourist attractions in a never seen way which is colorful and fresh. Interested consumers from all over the world thereby conceive a memorable image of our country. The growth of the tourism sector is largely dependent upon the improved promotion of the Industry with the aggressive effort made by the department of tourism of each state. There is ample scope of revenue generation if the basic parameters such as cleanliness, road linkage and the comfortable stay for the tourists are taken up as the urgent priorities in the tourism industry. There has been much headway as is being seen now.

There is a chance of exponential growth in the tourism sector since the overhaul economic status of the Indian people coupled with the foreign tourists has improved significantly. The Government machinery would do well with the recruitment of BBA's having the specialization in tourism and hospitality management.
