Many food items are good for our body and provide the necessary nutrients. They also help in the functioning of the body in a proper and healthy way. Some of those foods are already mentioned in this article.

There are some other foods which are gaining popularity as metabolism enhancers. Some of them are Coconut oil, Apple cider vinegar, Ginger, Cocoa, Pulses, Kinds of seafood, Nuts, Seeds and Capsicum. One can think of incorporating these foods also in one's daily diet in appropriate amounts.

While taking these items one should be careful not to exceed the daily quota of one's calories in terms of carbohydrates and proteins as that is essential in maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding the unnecessary fat in the body.

Umesh, I agree with you. There are more metabolism enhancers and you have mentioned some more apart from those mentioned in my article.

We can use them in our daily foods, but should not exceed the limit of daily quota of calories in our diet.

Excesses of everything is bad. Maintain a proper diet and with a limited quantity of metabolism, the enhancer is good for our health.
