Payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 7th March 2019, 2p.m. onward.

Fees
You have to pay Rs.5,600/- towards the fee for the online application form. The cost of the form is Rs.5000/- + GST@12% of Rs.600/-. This is a non-refundable fee.
The e-Auction processing fee is Rs.1,180/-. This includes the fee of Rs.1000/- + GST@18% of Rs.180/-. This is a non-refundable fee.

Eligibility requirements
In order to participate in the e-Auction, you must fulfil the following criteria-
You should be more than 18 years of age while applying.
You need to pay the following Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as per the following-
For Offset Amount less than Rs.25,00,000/-, EMD is Rs.25,000/-.
For Offset Amount of Rs. 25,00,001/- to Rs.50,00,000/-, EMD is Rs.50,000/-.
For Offset Amount of Rs. 50,00,001/- to Rs.75,000/-, EMD is Rs.75,000/-.
For Offset Amount of more than Rs.75,00,001/-, EMD is Rs.1,00,000/-.
In case of MCGM/VVCMC commercial reservation, the successful bidder has to conduct business on the referred shop as per the reservation norms.
