How to apply for CIDCO Navi Mumbai leased plot bids March-April 2019


Would you like to build a residential home on a plot in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra? Want to start a business venture on a leased plot in CBD Belapur? CIDCO is inviting applications for bids for lease of plots in various areas of Navi Mumbai, including CBD Belapur, Kopar Khairane and Ghansoli. This article provides complete information on how to submit your bid for the plots.

CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited), a Govt. of Maharashtra PSU, invites applications for the lease of plots in various nodes of Navi Mumbai through a Tender process. The plots are residential-cum-commercial plots, which include multiplex plots, as well as commercial plots, and residential plots.

Who can apply


An Indian citizen/Partnership firm which is registered under the Indian Partnership Act 1932, a Limited Liability Partnership under LLP Act 2008 who is competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 and fulfills the eligibility as per the terms and conditions in the scheme booklet.

At CBD Belapur

Both the plots listed below are residential-cum-commercial plots.

Area: 794.72sq.mt.
FSI: 1.
Base rate: Rs.41,533.00 per sq.mt.
EMD amount: Rs.33,00,710/-.

Location S.no.2: Sector 30/31, Plot no.1.
Area: 2437.00sq.mt.
FSI: 1.5.
Base rate: Rs.62,300.00 per sq.mt
EMD amount: Rs.1,51,82,510/-.

At Kopar Khairane

There is one plot, which is a commercial plot.

Area: 3700.00sq.mt.
FSI: 1.5.
Base rate: Rs.70,805.00 per sq.mt.
EMD amount: Rs.2,61,97,850/-.

At Ghansoli

There are four plots available here.

Area: 2000.00sq.mt.

How to apply

You can purchase the scheme booklet along with the application form for Rs.2100/- (this includes 5%GST) from 25th March 2019 to 9th April 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at:
(i) Nirmal Building, 2nd Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021; and
(ii) CIDCO Ltd., Raigad Bhavan, 2nd floor, CUC-Mktg. Cell, CUC Department, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400614.

The sealed tender should be put in one envelope (which is provided along with the booklet) and dropped into the Tender Box which is kept near the Security Cabin, ground floor, CIDCO Bhavan, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614 on 11th April 2019, from 10.30a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should be paid through the online payment gateway, the link of which will be available at the official CIDCO website
