Tulip Garden Srinagar was opened in 2007 by the then Chief Minister of J&K, Ghulam Nabi Azad to boost the tourism and floriculture industry in the state.
Tulip Festival in Kashmir Tulip festival (Bahar-e-Kashmir) is celebrated every year with the onset of the spring season to showcase the wide range of flowers in the Garden.
