Academic and Allied positions

Principal and School Leader

Educational qualification: Master's Degree or higher from a recognized reputed University as well as B.Ed./M.Ed.
Experience: 15-20 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Age group: 40-50 years.
Skills: You should be aware of CBSE rules and regulations and those of the Education Department and have leadership and academic administrative skills.

Primary School Leader

Educational qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline with B.Ed.
Experience: 15 years of experience, including five to eight years in academic administration.
Skills: You should have an awareness of innovative and progressive methodology.

Pre-Primary School Leader

Educational qualification: Postgraduate/Honours Graduate in any discipline with NTT or equivalent degree.
Experience: 15 years of experience, including five to eight years of academic experience.
Skills: You should have innovative and progressive teaching skills.

Primary Teachers

These roles are for General Teachers, especially in the subjects of English and Mathematics.
Educational qualification: Postgraduate/Graduate with Hons. and B.Ed..
Experience: 5-7 years of experience.
Skills: You should have innovative and progressive teaching skills.

Pre-Primary Teachers and Co-Teachers

Educational qualification: Graduate, NTT /equivalent Diploma/Degree.
Experience: 5-7 years.
Skills: You should have innovative and progressive teaching skills as appropriate for the child's age.



Sports Manager

Educational qualification: M.P.Ed. from a renowned university or equivalent.
Experience: You should have 10-15 years of experience in a similar role in schools or in sports management.
Age group: 35-45 years.
Skills: You should be able to organize and operate Physical Education programs and sports education in all the schools of the Group.

Music Teachers

Vocal Music Teacher: Masters/Diploma in music with knowledge of light music, folk music and western music with 3-5 years of experience.
Instrumental Music Teacher: Rhythmist with knowledge of minimum three instruments, with specialization in Tabla and related instruments.

Dance Teachers

Teachers are required for classical dance, folk dance, western dance, and creative dance.
Educational qualification: Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
Experience: 3-5 years.

PRT Physical Education

The roles is for athletics, aerobics, and other allied skill-based sports.
Educational qualification: B.P.Ed. and related Diploma from recognized and reputed colleges.
Experience: 5-7 years.

Art and Craft Teacher

Educational Qualification: BFA/Diploma in Art and Craft.
Experience: 3-5 years.

Graphic Designer

This role is for activities related to graphic designing and teaching Digital Art, Coral Draw, Photoshop, etc.
Experience: 3-5 years.

Training and Development Positions

Head of Curriculum Development and Training

The job responsibility is to lead teacher training and curriculum development of the Group at the corporate office level.
Educational qualification: Postgraduate, M.Phil./PhD.
Experience: 15-20 years.
Age group: 40-55 years.
Skills: You should be aware of emerging educational practices and NCF 2005/2015.

Curriculum Developers/Content Developers

Educational qualification: Postgraduate, B.Ed.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with 3-5 years in curriculum development in any of these subjects – English/Hindi/Maths/S.Sc./Science/Physical Education.
Skills: You should be aware of NCF 2005/2015 and have the expertise to develop and integrate innovative practices in the curriculum.
Age group: 30-40 years.
Note: The selected candidates will be working from the Corporate office of the Group.

Administration and other positions

General Manager Administration

The role is to head the administration of the schools of the Group at the Corporate office level, with responsibilities encompassing personnel, transport, procurement, security, liaison, legal and statutory compliances.
Educational qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience: 20-25 years.
Age group: 45-50 years.

Senior Manger HR

Educational qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent.
Experience: minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Age group: 40-50 years.
Skills: You should have in-depth knowledge of formulating and implementing policies and procedures, appraisals, recruitment, talent management, training, payroll, etc.

Manager Procurement

Educational qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience: minimum 10 years.
Age group: 40-50 years.
Skills: You should have the relevant skills to take up the responsibility for procurement, vendor management, etc.

Admin. Officer

This role is to head the administration department of the school.
Educational qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience: minimum 15 years.
Age group: 35-40 years.

Admin. Executive

This position is for housekeeping, transport, and other related school activities.
Educational qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 5-8 years, preferably with experience in an educational institution.



Office Superintendent

The responsibility includes leading the General Office and maintaining all records like CBSE, HR, statutory compliances, etc.
Educational qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 10-15 years, with preference given to candidates with experience with schools, liaisoning with the Education Department, CBSE, etc.
Age group: 35-45 years.

Office Executive

Educational qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 5 years.
Age group: 25-30 years.

Manager Accounts

Educational qualification: CA/ICWA(Inter), B.Com./M.Com.
Experience: 15 years of experience in internal audit, direct taxation, compliance, costing and budgeting.
Age group: 35-45 years.

Accounts Executive

Educational qualification: B.Com./M.Com..
Experience: 5-7 years.
Age group: 25-35 years.
Skills: Knowledge of Tally.

Front Office Executive

Educational qualification: Graduate.
Experience: minimum 3-5 years.
Age group: 25-35 years.
Skills: English fluency and computer proficiency.
