How to check 2019 Maharashtra State Board SSC exams results online and via SMS


Want to know the date of the 2019 SSC Class 10 exam results? Want to know how to apply for verification and re-evaluation of marks? Overview

In March this year, over three lakh students from Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad registered for the Maharashtra State Board S.S.C. Class 10 exams. These students were part of the group of over 17 lakh students who registered across the State. The syllabus had undergone a change as also the exam paper patterns. Now it is time for these students to know how they fared in the exams.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) which conducts the S.S.C. exams for Class 10 students in the State of Maharashtra, has officially declared the results on 8th June 2019 at 1 p.m.



Students will have been impatient for the results as then they can apply for admission to a good college in Mumbai, Thane, Pune or other cities of Maharashtra. How to get the Class 10 exam results online

Students should check their results at the official website: SSC Board Mumbai Results.

Here are the guidelines to check the results, which involves just two steps once you register at this website –
(i) Enter your Seat Number.
(ii) Enter your Mobile Number/Email ID.

A good thing is that there is more than one official website at which you can check your 2019 SSC Class 10 exam results. These are -
  1. MSBSHSE Board website.

  2. Maharashtra results NIC portal.

  3. SSC Results-MKCL website.

How to get the exam results by SMS

You can also know your result via your mobile phone through SMS. Just type MHSCC and your Seat Number and send to 57766. Charges for the SMS as per the service provider will apply.

What to do after results

As soon as you get your Class 10 SSC exam result, you should fill up the second part of the online admission process for F.Y.J.C. You must obtain the Class 10 original mark sheet from your school and show it at the college where you have got the seat through the online admission process.

Verification and re-evaluation of marks

You can get the verification done of your exam marks. This means that the re-totaling of the marks will be done. The cost of applying for verification is Rs.50/- per paper.

If you wish to get a re-evaluation done, which means an entire re-checking of the paper(s), then you will need to apply for the Answer Book Xerox (this includes the verification of marks as well). The cost of an Answer Book Xerox is Rs. 400/- for each paper. On receiving it, within five days you must apply for the re-evaluation. The re-evaluation form is not available online. It must be filled up at the Board's Vashi office (address given at the end of this article). You have to pay a fee of Rs. 300/- per paper for re-evaluation. You will be required to attach the self-attested scorecard along with the form.

The Xerox copies will take up to 15 working days and should be collected from the Vashi office only. The schedule of the dates for applying for verification and Answer Book Xerox will be updated later in this article.

Important note: Students may also get the chance to improve their Grades through a class improvement exam. This is generally conducted in the months of October of the current year and March of the next year.

  • Results to be declared online: 8th June, 2019 at 1p.m..
  • Application for photocopies of answer sheets: The application has to be made to the Divisional Board, Vashi (see address below). (date to be announced).
