Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), first year Under Graduate (UG) Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) 2019 second allotment results and ranklists is going to publish soon by the MGU after its trial allotment and first allotment published recently. The UGCAP 2019 second allotment is expected to announce on or before 15th June 2019.

The 2nd allotment result and ranklists can be found at its official website (http://cap.mgu.ac.in/) on or earlier June 15, 2019 onward. If you wanted to know more detail about the subject matter then you can find its detail, below;

The students who had applied for MG University UG degree 2019 are requested to visit the home page of the MGU website. And get the complete instruction or detail to get second allotment results, admission fee and process.



If you wanted to know how to get the result detail from MGU home page then you can check it at http://cap.mgu.ac.in/ugcap2019/ to understand the status of your applied detail for it.

Candidates need to click on "Check your Allotment (CAP Merit Seats)" on the top of the page to reach the other new page where it will ask you the following detail to view the results, ranklist and allotment detail of MGU UGCAP 2019.

How to check UG CAP 2019 MGU second allotment results, ranklists and Index mark?



Step 1: Visit the direct link http://cap.mgu.ac.in/mguugcap2019_regular/login.jsp.

Step 2: Enter "Application number" in appropriate field.

Step 3: Enter "Password".

Step 4: Click on "Login" button to get the detail.

Step 5: Print-out or download the result for further usage.

Instruction to the MGU CAP 2019 candidates

The students' can view their allotment status by login into MGU home page using their application number and password. (or as above guideline / steps given).

The candidates who got first allotment 'must' download "Allotment Memo" after remitting the fee due to University through the online payment gate way.

Only those candidates who paid the fee due to University (General Category – Rs 1103/-, SC/ST candidates – Rs. 50/-) shall be able to download the allotment memo.

The allotment memo can be downloaded by clicking on the link "Click here to print your Allotment Memo" and should be produced before the Principal of the College to which the candidate is allotted.

Please note, once students logged in at MGU website, you can see the provisional rank list with index mark and allotment results. You may find some variation in the first allotment compared to the trial allotment. If you are not satisfied with your first allotment results, there will be an option to re-arranging and modifying as per students choices for second and third allotments accordingly.

Candidates who take permanent admission in the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining higher options. Candidates can rearrange or delete options from 11/06/2019.

The candidates has to wait for the date of publication of MG University CAP 2019 final allotment results which would announce as per its scheduled date. So, students who failed to updates their option after trial or first allotment can make necessary change prior to the prescribed time.

Since trial allotment result is not the final one for the seat that student got in the UG Degree courses in MG University for the academic year 2019-20, there will be option to apply and announcement for permanent seat results.

Now, its the time for permanent seat allotment in MG University, keep on checking your allotment status.

The students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 10/06/2019 4.30 pm and should furnish the following documents for verification.

Paid fee receipt from the bank.

Memo received from online / MGU.

DOB / Date of birth certificate.

TC (Transfer Certificate) and CC (Conduct Certificate) from the last institute attended.

Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent.

Eligibility Certificate from MG University is required in the case of students who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards / Institutes / governments, except CBSE / CISCE.

Migration certificate to be produced (if applicable).

NCC / NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.

Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates.

Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate (as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-creamy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.

To avail of reservation under EBFC, Community Certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that they come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of forward communities.
