Directorate of Admission, Government of Kerala, Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has announced the PG CAP third allotment results, rank list and index mark on 17th June 2019. Those candidates who have applied through Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) and Single Window System (SWS) for first-year Master Degree (Post Graduate) admission in MG University affiliated colleges for the academic year 2019-20 are requested to find the steps below to check and proceed further.

The students who had applied through CAP / SWS for admission in MG University can follow the below guideline to get the detail and admission process in MGU within the last date mentioned. And visit the MG University official website to see more detail of their allotment result and rank lists.

MG University also has announced the PGCAP second allotment results on 10th June 2019.

How to check MGU PGCAP 2019 third allotment result and ranklist online?

Step 1: Visit

Step 2: Enter "Application Number" in the appropriate field.

Step 3: Enter "Password".

Step 4: Click on "Login" button to get the detail.

Step 5: Take a print-out or download it for future usage.

Please note, the students who got 3rd allotment of MGU CAP should download "Allotment Memo" after remitting the fee due to University.

Fee structure: General category – Rs. 1053/- (for students who have graduated from MG University), Rs 1303/- (for students who have graduated from other Universities), SC/ST –Rs. 50/-.

Other steps and guideline to get the admission for the academic year 2019-20:
1. Allotment memo downloaded from the University CAP Portal.

2. The originals of the grade cards/mark lists of the qualifying examination.

3. TC and Conduct Certificate in original from the institution last studied.

4. Certificate in Original in support of caste / communal reservation.

5. Eligibility / Equivalency Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from other Universities.

6. NCC / NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.

7. Certificate in original in proof of relevant and competent authority issued in the case of candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category / Economically Backward among the Forward Communities.

The last date to report to college is 18th June 2019 at 4 pm for the admission process. No later date or time will be accepted. Earlier additional allotment needs to be cancelled in case if the student agreed with the last allotment announced.

Commencement of classes in MGU affiliates: 17/06/2019.

Online candidate registration for First Special allotment for SC/ST candidates: 19/06/2019 – 20/06/2019 4.00PM.

First Online Special allotment I for SC/ST candidates: 22/06/2019.

Facility for option modification (re-arrangement & deletion only) for Second Special allotment for SC/ST candidates: 25/06/2019.

Second Online Special allotment for SC/ST candidates: 27/06/2019.

First Supplementary allotment: 03/07/2019.

Second Supplementary Allotment: 08/07/2019.
