Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala has recently announced First Supplementary allotment result on 9th July 2019 for UG admission 2019 through CAP (Centralized Allotment Process) / SWS (Single Window System). Following that, MG University is coming up with the Facility for option modification (Rearrangement and deletion only) for Second Supplementary Allotment on 11th July 2019. The allotment result will be on 16th July 2019.

Those candidates who would like to go for the registration or previous allotment modification or rearrangement for the 2nd Supply Allotment for Under Graduate admission 2019 can do so on 11th July 2019 only. The Second Supplementary allotment result will be declared on 16th July 2019. Thus, candidates can take the opportunity to rearrange or delete the allotment within the time-frame given.



It is also important to know that the online candidate registration for final allotment process will be from 18th to 19th July 2019 till 4PM. Students are requested to visit the MGU official website with their application number and password to know the details and register it, if applicable.

How to re-arrange or delete Second Supplementary allotment online for result?


Step 1: Visit the official website of MGU at http://cap.mgu.ac.in/ugcap2019/

Step 2: Click on "Login" button at the left side. Another web page will be opened.

Step 3: Type "User Id"

Step 4: Enter "Password".

Step 5: Type "Security Code" shown there.

Step 6: Re-arrange or delete as required. Save or print-out the detail for future reference.

Important dates of MGU CAP 2019 UG supply allotment and admission:

  • First Supplementary allotment: 09/07/2019.

  • Facility for option modification (Rearrangement or deletion only) for 2nd Supplementary Allotment: 11/07/2019.

  • Second Supplementary allotment result: 16/07/2019.

  • Online candidate registration for final allotment: 18/07/2019 to 19/07/2019 4.00PM.

Step 1: Visit the official website of MGU at http://cap.mgu.ac.in/mguugcap2019_supplementary/login.jsp

Step 2: Enter "Application Number".

Step 3: Type "Password".

Step 4: Click on "Login" button.

Step 5: Print-out or download the allots detail.

Instructions to applicants:

  • Candidates who got 2nd supplementary allotment needs to download "Allotment Memo" after remitting the fee due to University.

  • Fee detail: General Category - Rs 1103/-, SC/ST candidates - Rs. 50/-.

  • Allotment Memo have to be produced at the Principal of the College.

  • The students have to immediately report to the colleges once 2nd supply result announced.

  • Important documents have to be submitted for verification.
  • The Allotment Memo received online.

  • Certificate to prove date of birth.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.

  • Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.

  • Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying exam from other Boards / Institutes / governments, except CBSE / CISCE Migration Certificate, if applicable.

  • Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution.

  • NCC / NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.

  • Original Certificate of Ex-Servicemen / Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer for SEBC candidates, if applicable.

  • Community Certificate.

  • Candidates must collect a confirmation slip from the college authorities after admission.

  • Candidates needs to save the options after rearrangement of options.

  • Failure to report for admission by candidate in the allotted college at the stipulated time and date will result in the forfeiture.
