The e-auction for residential plots is on 25th July 2019 while those for institutional and commercial plots is on 26th July 2019. Industrial plots will be open for bids on 27th July 2019. In the case of shops, office spaces, kiosks, restaurants, souvenir shops, and mobile towers, the online bidding will take place on 29th July 2019.
Basic guidance
It is advisable to thoroughly check the terms and conditions for the specific type of property for which you are going to place your bid. For example, check the lease period and the lease agreement for the leased properties, understand what is permitted to be set up on an industrial plot, find out the license fee for a kiosk, etc.
You can check out the layout maps provided. In fact, it would be good to personally visit the site itself. Bidders should be aware that the area of an industrial plot as announced may be approximate. Hence, if a bid is accepted, the bidder should be ready to accept a variation up to 15% either way in the area announced, subject to adjustment of cost in proportion to the amount of the accepted bid. Similarly, confirm the area and variations expected for other types of properties.DDA E-auction details
