Overview Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi has issued a notification about the Electoral Verification Program (EVP) to ensure that no voter is left out of the electoral rolls. As per the directions of the Election Commission of India, this EVP has been launched from 1st September 2019. Through this EVP, all electors of NCT of Delhi can verify their details. Adding names of family members, deleting names of those who have expired and making corrections, can all be done online or via offline mode.
All electors of Delhi are requested to participate in the EVP to ensure the electoral rolls are up to date and free of errors.

How to participate in EVPYou can verify details of yourself or your family members through online or offline methods as mentioned below.
Online method First you need to register at the National Voter Service Portal. For the registration process, you will require: (a) Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number; (b) Mobile number; and (c) Email ID.
You can also download the Voter Helpline App from Google play store and submit the required forms or avail of the services just like doing it offline at a CSC.
Offline methodYou can do the verification at a Common Service Centre (CSC) or do the verification at a Voter Centre. Timings: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Monday to Saturday). The list of CSCs and Voter Centres can be checked at https://ceodelhi.gov.in/OnlineErms/NewContact_Page.aspx. Take along with you one of the relevant documents as listed above.
Additional notesIn case of correction in existing records, you need to fill in Form-8. You can tag family members residing at the same address so that one polling station then gets assigned for the entire family at the time of casting votes for elections. You can also enrol the names of those eligible members of your family in the electoral roll who have been left out. Fill in the details of family members who are between the ages of 16 and 18 years.
In the case of those family members who have permanently shifted elsewhere or who have expired, their names can be deleted from the electoral roll.
Forms and Charges at Common Service CentresFor the below-mentioned services, there is a nominal fee of Re.1/- + GST@18%:
Form 6: Application for the addition of a name in the electoral rolls.
Form 6A: Application for registration of an overseas voter.
Form 7: Application for deletion of a name from the electoral rolls.
Form 8: Application for modification of a name or modification of other details in the electoral rolls.
Form 8A: Application for transposition of a name in the electoral rolls.
For search services: For searching a name in the electoral roll, the name of a polling station, the status of an application, the status of a grievance, contact details of a Booth Level Officer (BLO) or District Election Officer (DEO), etc.
For tracking: Tracking an application's status or registration of a complaint.
For replacement: Application for issue of a replacement of EPIC (this requires submission of form EPIC-001).
For enrolment and processing of a form: This is in the case of an online application to be submitted at the CSC, for which the applicant needs to submit a soft copy of the relevant documents and photographs.
Other chargesFor taking a photograph through the web camera and scanning of relevant documents for uploading at the CSC, the charge is Rs.2/- + GST@18%.
For printing of a duplicate EPIC card or replacement of an EPIC card (will be delivered at the CSC), the charge is Rs.25/- + GST@12%.
Rs. 30/- will be charged at the CSC for the printing of an EPIC for a first-time voter. This includes home delivery of the EPIC.
