City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd (CIDCO) is conducting a lucky draw for EWS and LIG buyers to purchase low-cost homes in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Only one application can be submitted per individual.Eligibility requirements
The person in whose name the application is being submitted should be minimum 18 years of age. He/she should also be required to submit a Domicile Certificate to give an indication of being a resident of Maharashtra within the last 15 years. (applicants in the reservation category of Central Government employees are exempt to this rule). Additionally, the applicant, spouse, and children should not be the owner of a concrete house anywhere in Navi Mumbai.
The annual family income of the applicant for the year 2018-19 should be up to Rs.3,00,00/- for EWS category applications and in the range of Rs.3,00,001 to Rs.6,00,00/- for LIG category applications.
Swapnapurti housing scheme features
There are totally 814 tenements available under the popular 'Swapnapurti' scheme's lottery. These tenements are located in the Swapnapurti Housing Society, Sector-37, Kharghar-410210, Navi Mumbai. The colony is approximately 7kms. from Kharghar railway station and in proximity to the upcoming Metro line which would be about 8 minutes away. Amenities include reserved parking, a park, lifts, power backup, and waste disposal service. The cost of the tenements ranges from Rs.24,69,000/- to Rs.39,17,000/-, depending on which floor it is located.For EWS applicants

Register at the official CIDCO website and submit your application online. The payment of Rs.280/- (Rs.250+Rs.30GST) should be made via Internet Banking/ Net Banking, RTGS, NEFT, or with a Credit/Debit Card. Make sure that you give the correct details, such as date of birth, PAN Card number, etc. and upload all the required documents.
