CRM appears to be a good tool in the hands of the school administration and will definitely help in improving the efficiency and performance of overall communication and feedback system existing in the school. The only thing which is to be seen is whether the staff or executives in the school office would be able to use this advanced technology appropriately and properly in the interest of the students as well as the school by keeping a firm database and communication flags between the parents and school. This may necessitate a thorough training in CRM to some of the office employees so that they can use the system to its full potential making it helpful and advantageous to the school.
