Are final year students eligible to apply for PGDRDM and PGDM-RM 2020 at NIRDPR Hyderabad?

Yes, final year students and those who are expected to complete all the requirements before 15 June 2020, are eligible to apply.

Documents needed for registration

Candidates should have a valid Registration/Application Number for any of the following Management Admissions Tests like MAT/ CAT / XAT / ATMA/ CMAT / GMAT. In addition they should have a valid and active personal Email-Id with a Mobile Number for future purposes.

Application fees

  • General candidates: Rs 400/-
  • SC/ST/PwD candidates: Rs 200/-

How to pay the application fees?

The application fees should be paid online only.

Will there by any scholarships/fellowships?

There will be fellowships given by The North Eastern Council, Shillong but this will be given only to economically backward students of North Eastern states. In addition, some students will be given the NIRDPR scholarship based on their performance in the trimester exams.

Is there any seat registration fees?

Yes, there is a non-refundable seat registration fee of Rs. 20,000 which should be paid by the students.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management (PGDRDM) 2020 at NIRDPR Hyderabad

This is a 1-year full-time course that will be held from June 2020 – May 2021. The main aim of the course is to create a competent professional in the field of rural development in India. As per the government of India norms, there will be reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD students. The course fees will be Rs 1,80,000/- per annum. In addition, there will be a caution deposit of Rs 10,000 which should be paid along with the first-trimester fee.



Eligibility

Candidates with a minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST and PwD candidates) or equivalent in Graduation with a valid score in MAT/ CAT / XAT / CMAT / ATMA / GMAT OR has qualified the All-India Entrance Test conducted by NIRDPR, Hyderabad are eligible to apply for this program. SC/ST and PwD candidates require only 45% marks or equivalent in their graduation.

Selection process

The candidates will be selected based on their performance in the All-India Entrance Test conducted by Hyderabad NIRDPR OR they must have a valid score in any of the exams like CAT / XAT / ATMA / MAT / CMAT / GMAT for the year 2019-20. Also, the shortlisted candidates need to attend a Group Discussion and Personal Interviews which will be conducted at NIRDPR Hyderabad.

Post-Graduate Diploma in Management- Rural Development (PGDM- RM) 2020 at NIRDPR Hyderabad

This is a 2-year full-time residential program. The duration of the program will be from June 2020 – May 2022 (Two years). Candidates need to pay Rs.1,80,000/- per annum as the course fees and Rs 10,000 as a refundable Caution Deposit. Also, there will be reservations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD students

Eligibility

Candidates with a minimum 50% marks or equivalent in Graduation are eligible to apply for this program. SC/ST/PwD candidates need only 45% marks. In addition they must have a valid score in CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT/CMAT .

Selection process

Candidates who have valid scores in the above-mentioned exams should submit applications in the above-mentioned portal. From this, candidates will be shortlisted and they will need to attend a group discussion and interview and the final list will be made.
