What is the eligibility criteria?

Educational Qualification: An applicant should have a diploma or graduate degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
Age limit: Candidates in the age group 18-40 are eligible to apply for the RSMSSB (JEN) exam 2020.

Rs.33,800/- per month.

How to apply?

Candidates will have to apply for RSMSSB (JEN) 2020 exam through the official online portal of Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Service Selection (RSMSSB).
The candidate will have to log in to the RSMSSB portal and apply through their SSO ID.

Application fee

An application fee is to be submitted with the online application. Fee details are as follows:

General or Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category : Rs.450/-
Other backward classes (OBCs) Creamy layer(NCL): Rs.450/-
Other backward classes (OBCs) Non-creamy layer(NCL) of Rajasthan: Rs.350/-
Scheduled Caste (SC): Rs.250/-
Scheduled Tribe (ST): Rs.250/-
Physically Handicapped (PH): Rs.250/-

Mode of selection

Recruitment of individuals will be done by through written tests, professional tests and personal interviews and document verification wherever as desired.
Name of Exam: Junior Engineer Combined Direct Recruitment Exam 2020
Exam Pattern: The Exam will be objective type.
Part A (General Knowledge): 40 Marks
Part B (Related Subjects): 80 Marks
Exam Duration: 02 hours
Exam Syllabus: The Question Paper will be based on the relevant technical subjects. The A detailed exam syllabus can be seen on the official website of RSMSSB.

Note: There will be 1/3 negative marking.
General knowledge will cover the History of Rajasthan, Art and Culture, Traditions, Heritage and Geography of Rajasthan.
