Position description

The Innovation Postdoctoral Fellows will have to work in the USA for a specific period. Applicants must have good knowledge in any of the areas of science and engineering like biology, biophysics, chemical biology, chemistry, computational and data sciences, engineering, and more.

Boot camp: There will be organised a fully immersive boot camp which will cover the fundamentals of drug discovery and development and it will be mandatory for each fellow to attend this boot camp.
Mentorship & access to technology: Innovation Fellows will be mentored by selected NIBR scientists and have access to state-of-the-art technology platforms of NIBR.
Rotations: Innovation Fellows will have to follow a customized rotation schedule in both scientific and business-related disciplines.
Fireside chats: Innovation fellows will also get an opportunity for informational chats with local leaders in academia and industry.
Community: Innovation Fellows will have to join Discovery Fellows in the postdoctoral community with dedicated events like the annual Research Day Symposium.

Fellowship duration

Duration of this postdoctoral fellowship program is 2-3 years.
