Who can apply for labour card

• An Indian citizen
• Resident of the state where you are applying
• You must be an unorganised worker
• Your age should be between 18 years and 40 years.
• Your monthly income should be less than Rs. 15,000.
• Applicant should not be engaged in organized sector or with membership of EPF/NPS/ESIC an income tax payer.

Benefits of labour card

1. Financial help of up to Rs. 60,000 for the higher education of children.

Steps to apply online for labour card

1. Go to the website of your state from the list provided below.
2. Click on 'Register Now' button or 'Create New User' button.
3. Enter your user name, name, email and mobile number.
4. You will receive a confirmation link to the registered email and OTP for confirmation.
5. Click on the link and enter OTP to verify your email and mobile number.
   After you verify your email and mobile number, you will get the option to set a password. Choose your password wisely.
6. You can now login with your newly created username and password. Update your profile with the latest photo and signature after you log in for the first time.
