Take online proctored exam. Web proctored exams are the exams wherein monitoring software is used to keep an eye on the candidates to ensure the authenticity and creditability of the examination. Though students have found ways to crack proctored exams as well, they need to make huge efforts or spend pennies to score good marks in unethical ways. Thus, you should go for 'Video- proctoring' under which live video streaming or recorded video is used to make sure the integrity of the online exam cannot be harmed by any unethical medium. Therefore, the chances of cheating are minimum in a video- proctored exam. In case, the candidates have limited internet connectivity situations, you can go for 'Image proctoring'. Image proctoring allows the webcam of the candidate to click random pictures of the examinee at certain time intervals. In addition to this, choosing 'Audio/ Voice Proctoring' is equally necessary to record every bit of voice in the background of the candidate to ensure a 100% cheating free online exam.
You can opt a closed- book examination system under supervision. This is known as Secure Browser Technology. In this system or Secure Browser Technology, students are not allowed to use any gadget except a computer screen. The computer screen, which they are accessing, is also locked down and they cannot open a web browser or any other file on the computer. Usages of keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+ C, Ctrl+ V, etc. are also inaccessible.
