Teachers usually select a student who is aggressive and clever. Some of the students who are clever, but are less aggressive are ignored. These monitors supervise the students in the class during the academic year and usually develop a superiority complex because the teacher always appreciated them for every task while ignoring the other students. The teachers usually permit them to open the cupboard and place the books in the class while other students are not permitted to open the cupboard. Why are smart and aggressive students always given opportunities and not the other students? The teachers should develop the right attitude towards the students. They should also give opportunities to other students also. They should not only consider the examination marks or their aggressive qualities but also provide opportunities to students who are timid also.
