This is definitely a good opportunity for the students who have interest in this particular field. After getting the qualification in Food Processing Technology, there are job opportunities in the companies which are engaged in the area of Food Processing, Research Laboratories, Catering Companies, Food Packaging and Storing, Hospitals, Food Wholesale and Retail businesses, Fisheries, Food Supplements, Beverages etc. The list is endless. In view of this it makes sense to go for these courses.

There are many top companies in our country who look for these professionals and some of these companies are - Dabur India, ITC Limited, Agro Tech Foods, Parle Products Pvt. Ltd., Cadbury India Ltd., Nestle India Pvt. Ltd., PepsiCo India Holdings, Britannia Industries Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Limited, Godrej Industries Limited etc. These are the prominent ones but there are a large number of companies who are engaged in the food processing.
