Introduction to R Programming and Data Analytics
This is an online short term weekend course focusing on the aspect of analytics in businesses. In this course, you will learn to use R Programming and various other skills required for data analytics along with its practical implementations. Eminent faculties from IIT Kharagpur and also industry experts will conduct the sessions. The content of this course is divided into the following five topics:
Eligibility: Those who have passed the 1st year of B.Tech can apply for this course. Other than students, Teachers, Instructors, Technical Assistants, Scientific Officers and also working professionals from industry can apply for this course.
Program schedule: There will be a maximum of 6 hours of the session every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays (3 hours each day). The duration of this program is from 7th November 2020 to 27th November 2020.
The last date to apply:1st November 2020.
Course fees: For students, the course fee is Rs 6000/- and for others, the course fee is Rs 8000/- Recent advances in Environmental Biotechnology
This online course focuses on the role of biotechnology in the global environment, various processes to improve the quality of environment like e-waste management, quality of drinking water, natural resource conservation, pollution control, reduce greenhouse gases, focus on renewable energy, etc. The content of this course is divided into the following topics:
Eligibility: Graduate or undergraduate students, Research scholars, Faculties, Working professionals & persons doing R&D can enroll for this program.
Program schedule: This is a 30-hour online instruction program that will be held from 5th October 2020 to 9th October 2020.
