The ICFAI University Nagaland is a UGC approved university in the northeastern state of Nagaland in India. The university is part of the ICFAI group of universities with locations all across the country. Selection process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of an entrance test and interview. They will have to submit a brief description of their proposed topic of research. Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/JRF or completed M.Phil will get preference during the selection. Others who have experience in teaching in the higher education field will also get preference. There is no age bar for candidates to apply for this program.Course duration
The minimum duration of the program is 3 years, i.e. six semesters. The students will get six years to complete the entire coursework as well as the thesis, before being awarded with their PhD degree. Among the facilities that the research students will be able to avail during their coursework are seminars, presentations, computing facilities, internship, industry interactions, soft skill development and so on.
