IIM Raipur Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (ePGP) Admission 2020

About the course

This 2-years Executive PG Program in Management (ePGP) conducted by Indian Institute of Management Raipur is a combination of many things required in management. It deals with soft skills, analytical skills, theories practised in management including realistic case scenarios from the world over. There will be a total 900 hours' online teaching sessions and another 120 hours for a capstone project, campus visit and mini dissertation. After successful completion of the program, students will receive a Master of Business Administration degree.

What you will learn

This program is divided into four courses spanning across six terms and the total credits for the program is 34. Core Course will be conducted in Term 1 to 3 where the total credit is 15, Advanced Core Course will be conducted in Term 4 & 5 where the total credit is 10, in Term 6, for Electives there will be 5 credits, for Mini Dissertation and Integrated Business Simulation there will be 2 credits for each.

Eligibility

As on 1st January 2021, the candidate should either have two years of professional experience or two years managerial experience or entrepreneurial experience

For General/OBC (NC) candidates, a minimum 50% (or its equivalent CGPA) in Graduation is required to enrol for this course

For Women candidates, a minimum 45% (or its equivalent CGPA) in Graduation is required to enrol for this course

For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a minimum 40% (or its equivalent CGPA) in Graduation is required to enrol for this course

The process of short-listing candidates

A composite score (CS) method is used to shortlist the candidates for interview. Marks scored by the candidate in +2 and graduation will be taken into account. The work experience, till 1st January 2021, of the candidate will be taken into account. A diversity factor will be taken into account if the candidate is either a woman or from a non-engineering background.

Interview and final selection

According to the composite score (CS), candidates will be interviewed to evaluate their communication skills, leadership skills and work experience. The merit list for final selection will be according to the composite score (CS) of the candidates.

For OBC (NCL) candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% in the composite score than that of the cutoff score of General candidates.
For SC/ST/PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 20% in the composite score than that of the cutoff score of General candidates.

Requirements for the program

Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 for this course

For moving to the Advance Core Course, CGPA of 3.5 is required after finishing term 3

If the candidate is unable to score the minimum CGPA of 3.5 she/he will be transferred to the next batch

A two-time Campus visit is a must. However, depending on the present pandemic situation the campus visit in Term 1 may be changed to another Term

Weekly schedule of the online classes

Wednesdays from 7:30 PM to 10: 45 PM.
Saturdays from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Sundays from 3 PM to 8 PM.

The duration of each class is 1.5 hours and there will be 15 minutes break between 2 classes. A 75% attendance in the classes is a must.

Course fee

The total fee for this program is Rs 950,000/-. This includes the course fee of Rs 800,000/-, Virtual Library Access fees of Rs 100,000/- and for Campus Visit Rs 50,000/-. The facility for loan is there for Indian candidates. For international students, the course fee is USD 14,000. The fee structure is given below in the diagram.
