Selection process

Procedures to submit the online application form

1. Candidates need to click on the 'New registration' tab on the university website and fill in their name, email, mobile number, and password
2. Now a confirmation message will be sent to the candidate's registered email id / mobile number. You need to click on the verification link and the E-mail ID will be verified. Once the registration process is completed, candidates will be given a registration ID which will be communicated to the registered mobile and email ID of the candidates
3. Candidates should log in using their user id and password
4. Carefully fill the details in the application form including your personal information, education and address
5. Then you need to upload your passport size photograph, signature and other documents in the prescribed format as required.
6. Now it's your turn to select the course in which you want to apply
7. In this step, you can pay the application fee through online mode using debit card/ credit card or net banking. Make sure to check the status of fee payment at the Kurukshetra University website and if it shows "OK", you will be able to take a printout of the Confirmation Page
Note: If the fee payment status is not "OK", then it means that transaction is canceled and the amount will be refunded after the admission process is completed. Don't forget to take a printout of the filled application form for future uses.
8. If you want to apply in another course, then you must log in using user id and password and repeat the above-mentioned steps

• Image of scanned photograph and signature(both should be done separately) in jpg / jpeg format
• Image of scanned certificates for proof of marks, date of birth and qualifying exams
• Image of scanned certificate on the prescribed form for candidates belonging to SC/ BC/DFF/ ESM categories of Haryana
• Image of scanned Income certificate to show the Parental Income from all sources
• Image of scanned Joint Affidavit by the real parents of the girl child on non-judicial paper of Rs.10/- which is duly attested by a 1st class Magistrate for Supernumerary Seat for Single Girl Child for admission in KUK only, as per Annexure, if applicable
• Image of the scanned self-declaration will also be given by the eligible applicant that she is the only single girl child/only two girl children of her real parents with no male child.
• Image of scanned Bonafide Resident Certificate if applicable
• Image of scanned valid GATE/GPAT Score/ Rank Card, if applicable
• If applicable, you need to submit an Image of scanned Employer's Certificate in case you are an employee
• Image of Migration Certificate and proof of current residence for Kashmiri Migrants.
• For Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in Kashmir Valley, you need to submit an Image of Domicile Certificate

• Date and time of displaying the first merit list : 10th November 2020 at 10.00 hrs.
• Second merit list displaying date and time : 18th November 2020 at 10.00 hrs.
