Sacred Heart College Kochi Integrated M.Sc. Computer Science (Data Science) admissions 2020

Sacred Heart College Kochi, which was established in the year 1944 by the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), is a first-grade college affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam in Kerala. The college offers different Under Graduate, Post Graduate and PhD programmes and has also opened admissions for the newly launched Integrated M.Sc Computer Science (Data Science) program. The whole process of admission to this Integrated M.Sc Computer Science (Data Science) Program will be done by S.H.College Kochi independently of the CAP of M.G.University Kottayam. The Syllabus for the programme is the same as set by the MG University Kottayam. This is a 5-year course for which the number of seats is 15. Candidates are advised to check the S.H.College Kochi website (mentioned at the end of this post) for knowing the reservation of seats.

• All applicants except SC/ST: 500/- (including processing fee of 300/-)
• SC/ST candidates: 150/- (including processing fee of 100/-)

How to submit the online registration form?

1. Visit the web page, www.college.ac.in/admissions/ for online registration
2. Here you need to click on "New Registration" button and should enter the registration details
   carefully and "submit"
3. After submission, you will get a unique password on your email and mobile
4. Carefully follow the instruction for remitting application fees. If you prefer to make the payment through a bank, then you need to generate a challan and then take a print out. Along with this challan print out, you need to go to the nearest South Indian Bank branch and remit the required fee. After remitting the fee, you need to collect the challan copies from the Bank. But if you fail to remit the fees on time, then your application will be rejected
5. Now you can log on to your account using the User name (email ID) and unique Password
6. In this step, you need to click on the "Application Form" icon. and fill it with personal details, academic eligibility and the options correctly. You can use the save button to save the entries made each time
7. Verify the entries are correct with the help of relevant documents
8. Upload your recent photograph
9. Now you can click on the "Final Submission" Button.
10. Upon completion of these steps, you will be allotted an application number
11. You need to take a print out of the application form for future reference

• Date and time for publishing provisional rank list: 15 December 2020, 5:00 PM
• Last date and time for reporting any errors in the published provisional rank list(if any) - 16 December 2020, 5:00 PM
• Date and time for publishing the final rank list and first allotment - 17 December 2020- 5:00 PM
• Date and time of admission: 19 December 2020, 9: 30 AM

1. Allotment Memo that was received online
2. Challan of the admission fee remitted in the bank
3. Proof of date of birth
4. Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate from the last attended institution
5. Mark lists copies
6. If you have had passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except CBSE/CISCE, you need to obtain the eligibility certificate from M.G.Univeersity
7. Migration Certificate
8. Medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner (For indicating the health status and blood group of the candidate)
9. Caste certificate(For SC/ST candidates.)
10. UDID card(For Person with disabilities)
11. For persons who claim reservation under SEBC category, you need to submit a Community Certificate along with income certificate from the concerned revenue authorities
12. Relevant certificates to claim bonus/weightage of marks
