How to submit online applications for DDA Delhi low-cost housing scheme 2021
Are you searching for the 2021 lottery housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for low-cost houses in New Delhi? Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing scheme in different locations of the capital city. Interested buyers can apply online for 1354 flats up to 16th February 2021. Note that the registration of this housing project is under process with RERA and the demand-cum-allotment letter will be issued online three months prior to the likely date of handing over of the physical possession of the flat after all the clearances. Interested buyers are welcome to inspect the flats on all days of the week, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Allotment of flats will be done through a computerized draw which will be organized in the presence of independent observers and will be streamed online.

For High Income Group (HIG) buyers
A. These are 3BHK flats, with the number of flats, approximate plinth area (this includes the common area) and broad range of tentative disposal cost as mentioned below-
B. These are 2BHK flats, with the number of flats, approximate plinth area and broad range of tentative disposal cost as mentioned below-
For Middle Income Group (MIG) buyers
These are 2BHK flats, with the number of flats, approximate plinth area and broad range of tentative disposal cost as mentioned below-For Low Income Group (LIG) buyers

Manglapuri, Dwarka: 276 flats with the approximate plinth area of 50.74 to 52.50sq.m.and the broad range of tentative disposal cost is Rs. 28.51.10 to Rs29.50lakh.For JANTA buyers
Narela, Sector A-5 & A-6: 15 flats with the approximate plinth area of 26.54 to 28.19sq.m.and the broad range of tentative disposal cost is Rs. 7.55 to Rs.8.14lakh.
Eligibility requirements
The applicant must be a citizen of India and should have completed 18 years of age as of the date of submitting the application. It is mandatory to have a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and a bank account. Complete eligibility requirements are available at the official DDA website.How to register and apply
Interested buyers can apply online through the AWAAS App. You need to first register with basic information, such as name, address, etc and a valid email ID and mobile number at the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 registration page. Note that this registration page takes time to open, so be patient and if you are unable to access it, then you can do so through the main DDA website which is given at the end of this article. Once you register, a password will be generated and then you can log in with that password and proceed with the application in which the PAN Card number is mandatory. You can save the information that you enter through the 'Save Draft' mode and edit the data at any time and only when you are sure that all details have been entered correctly then you should click on the 'Submit' button. Once you submit, you cannot correct the information or enter further details. You should also read the declaration at the end of the application form prior to clicking on the submit button. After submitting, you have to pay the registration amount online on the next screen through Net Banking or NEFT/RTGS with a provision made to take a printout of the e-Challan on successful payment. An Acknowledge Slip will then be displayed, which you can download and take a print out.
