Duration and attendance requirement
The duration of this online management program for women leaders is 03 months. There will be a total of 32 sessions, each one being of 75 minutes. Although all sessions are to be compulsorily attended, participants may at times take leave due to emergencies or for attending co-curricular activities or festivals that are organized by the college management. However, necessary approval is to be taken from the concerned Programme Coordinator in case of such absences. In any case, 75% attendance is mandatory for the successful completion of the program.Delivery of the courses
The courses will be delivered online by means of broadband-based technology. The online classes will include live interactive lectures, making use of audio and video communication at both ends. The live sessions will be held on weekends (mostly Saturdays). The participants will need a PC or a laptop and a good internet connection to attend the live sessions. Apart from the live sessions, the participants will be able to interact with the faculty by means of chat and emails. Online reading materials will be provided to every participant. There will be also online quizzes, real-life case studies, assignments, exploratory project works and examinations.

Saturdays: 3:30 pm to 4:45 pm and 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm
As seen above, between the two sessions, there will be a break of half an hour.Course content
As part of the program, the curriculum will be divided into four courses. Some of the main topics that will be discussed during these courses are - recognizing and leveraging personal strengths, making your voice heard, communication skills, assertiveness, negotiating & persuading skills, navigating a balance between professional and personal life. Apart from these, there will be topics on leadership, managing and motivating teams, building trust, managing gender & cultural divisions and using emotional intelligence for better effectiveness.
