Before applying, aspirants have to first download the programme brochure by giving details about the organisation they are working for and their designation. Once you have gone through the details published in the brochure you can click on the 'Apply Online' feature given on the programme page. In the online form, other than your personal details, you will have to give details about your educational qualification, management programs attended at IIMA or elsewhere and your work experience. If you are a sponsored candidate, then you have to give details about your sponsor as well.

The fee for the programme has to be paid online. There is no application fee.

Interpersonal effectiveness and team building is an area where a good manager has to excel if he is aspiring for good career growth in the industry. When a person joins a company or organisation then, in the beginning, his job is limited to the given instructions and he feels that he has done his bit and earned his salary. But this does not go for a longer period. When an individual rises in the organisation then he has to now get work from the persons below him and then it is entirely a new type of challenge and job function when he finds that the many subordinates are not ready to cooperate and abide by the orders and instructions and telling some readymade answers for every instruction. They will also be showing that their practical knowledge is better than the newly elected supervisor to whom they have to report now. so, these new unexpected things give a new dimension to the work atmosphere of the manager and he has to devise ways to overcome this tedious situation. The learnings and skills of managing interpersonal relations and team-building help in such a situation and any manager who knows the art of team building and knows as how to inculcate good relations in the office environment can become successful.
