Telangana State Board Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) 2021 Timetable

Are you going to appear for the first or second-year examinations of the Telangana State Board Intermediate Education? Want to know when the first or the second year IPE exams are going to be held in 2021? Here in this article, find out the timetable for the theory exams as well as the dates for the practical exams of the Telangana State Board Intermediate Education.

Like most other central and state board exams, this year due to the unprecedented crisis as a fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Telangana State Board Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) have been delayed and will be now held in May 2021. Usually, the IPE exams of the Telangana State Board are held in the month of March itself. The timetable for both the first and second-year exams of all the three streams, namely arts, science and commerce, has been published on the official website of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) through a Press Release dated 29.01.2021. The detailed timetable for both the theory and practical exams has been provided here in this article and the students can refer to the same. They may also visit the TSBIE website to access the timetable and check the dates for their respective papers.   • 01.05.2021 (Saturday) – 2nd Language Paper-I
  • 03.05.2021 (Monday) – English Paper-I
  • 05.05.2021 (Wednesday) – Mathematics Paper-IA, Botany Paper-I, Civics Paper-I, Psychology Paper-I
  • 07.05.2021 (Friday) - Mathematics Paper-IB, Zoology Paper-I, History Paper-I
  • 10.05.2021 (Monday) - Physics Paper-I, Economics Paper-I, Classical Language Paper- I
  • 12.05.2021 (Wednesday) - Chemistry Paper-I, Sociology Paper-I, Commerce Paper-I, Fine Arts, Music Paper-I

  • 02.05.2021 (Sunday) – 2nd Language Paper-II

As can be seen above, the first year exams are beginning on 01 May 2021 and ending on 19 May 2021. For the second year exams, the start date is 02 May 2021 and the end date 20 May 2021. The duration of the exams is 3 hours and they will be held from 9 am to 12 noon every day.

Apart from the above dates for the main theory papers of both the first and second year, the dates for the Ethics and Human Values exam and the Environmental Education exam have also been notified as follows:
  • Ethics and Human Values exam – 01.04.2021 (Thursday)
  • Environmental Education exam – 03.04.2021 (Saturday)

The timing for both the above exams is from 10 am to 1 pm. Both these exams are applicable only for first-year students.

Practical examinations

The practical examinations, which are meant for the second year students, will be held in the month of April from 07.04.2021 to 20.04.2021, including, on Sundays. The exams will be held in two sessions. The morning session from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and the afternoon session from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
