Courses of the WeSchool are affiliated with the University of Mumbai and recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The courses offered are full-time and part-time. The program offers specialization in marketing, finance, Human Resource, and operations and prepares future-ready professionals with the added knowledge of finance, accounting and brand communications along with the fundamentals of management education. The program includes excel training, guest lectures, domain and aptitude tests, mock group discussion and personal interview.

2. PGDM- E-Biz/E-business

Intake Capacity: 60
This is an e-business management program that inculcates managerial talent who understand business concepts and technology. In this program, students will be familiar with the core business-understanding and e-business concepts and strategy, and they will also learn how to improve the business results with the use of digital technology. They will be introduced with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), etc.

3. PPGDM- Business Design

Intake Capacity: 60
The program is aimed at the application of design thinking in the management and production of business innovation. Under this program, students will learn and develop skills on how to apply design thinking in management practices.

4. PGDM - Rural Management

Intake Capacity: 60
PGDM-Rural Management is a course wherein the students get practical exposure to the culture, lifestyle, needs, beliefs of the rural people of India. Under this program, the students get prepared for the development of a sustainable business model in rural areas. Overall, they learn managerial skills with a deep knowledge of the rural sector in India.

5. PGDM - Healthcare Management

Intake Capacity: 60
This is a unique program that allows the students to learn new medical innovations and their impacts. The focus of the program is "Health for all." The program covers management program, health care management, hospital administration, pharmaceutical and life sciences management.

6. PGDM - Retail Management

Intake Capacity: 60
PGDM Retail Management is a business management program with a unique combination of business management and retail management. Under this program, students can select any of the specializations like HR, Finance, Marketing and operations.

7. PGDM - Research & Business Analytics

Intake Capacity: 60
The PGDM program makes the student a versatile analyst and business manager. The program includes Innovation' and 'Business Design' subjects.

8. PGDM - Media & Entertainment

Intake Capacity: 60
The program is aimed at learning and create business managers and leaders with a media edge.

Course Fee Structure

The PGDM program fee is Rs.5.50 lacs per annum (Tuition fee only). The fee structure is for the Mumbai campus. Besides, a Hostel facility is also available that can be availed by payment of separate hostel fees. The hostel fee for the Mumbai campus is Rs.90,000/- to Rs.1.50 Lacs per annum. The WeSchool supports students by helping them in getting education loans from the banks at reasonable rates. Education loan facility from Bank of Baroda and ICICI Bank is available.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates who wish to join a PGDM program at the WeSchool must hold a Degree from a recognised University completed by June 2021 and must have secured at least 50% in the degree exam.
  • They must have qualified or appeared in one of the exams such as CAT (2020) or XAT (2021) or ATMA (2021) or CMAT (2021) or GMAT (2018 onwards). Note to CMAT Aspirants that they are eligible to apply now and can update their scores later.

Admission Process

To apply for a PGDM Course, applicants must fill the online application form of PGDM available at the official website of the WeSchool and upload all the required documents. An application fee is to be submitted by the candidates along with the application form.

Selection Process

The selection at the WeSchool will be done based on the written test's score, group discussion and personal interview. Apart from this, the candidate's academic performances and work experience will also be taken into consideration. Shortlist criteria for General merit percentile cut off for all programs except PGDM HCM are:
CAT 2020 & XAT 2021: 75
CMAT 2021 & ATMA 2021 (Feb): 80
GMAT: 600
For PGDM HCM shortlists criteria for General merit percentile cut off is 70.

Placement Opportunities

The WeSchool offers good placement opportunities to the PGDM students in reputed companies. In previous years, some well-known recruiters have given excellent responses for placements. The companies that often come for campus recruitment are Pidilite, GEP, Deloitte, Accenture, Morgan Stanley, Schneider Electric, Axis Bank, Infosys, PWC, WIPRO, SAINT GOBAIN, Nestle, Crisil, Kantar Group, Capgemini, Hewlett Packard, etc. Students will be offered diversified jobs profiles of Assistant Manager (Presales), Assistant Manager (Finance), Sales Manager (Banking Operations), Business Analytics, Functional Analytics, Management Consultant, Analytics Consultants and as a trainee in HR/ Finance/ Marketing/ Operations/ Wealth Management, etc. The student will be selected on a handsome average annual package of Rs.9.32 lacs. While the median package is Rs.10.30 lacs per annum and the highest package is Rs.19.75 lacs per annum.
