About the InstitutionBanasthali Vidyapith is a women-only education centre located in a rural area in the state of Rajasthan. It was established as a residential institute, exclusively for women, in the year 1935. It offers education right from class VI to UG/PG and PhD level and is a unique institution providing that large academic spread on the same campus. The institute is accredited with NAAC (A grade) and is notified under section (3) of the UGC Act. Incidentally, on the higher education side, it offers UG courses in Architecture, Aviation, and Nursing. Further, it offers UG/PG courses in Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Design, Law, Earth Sciences, Management, Journalism, Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Education, and Home Science also. Banasthali Vidyapith is claimed to be the second- highest ranked women-only institute in the world. The institution is spread over a spiraling area of 850 acres and having about 15000 students in its role as of today. It is an ideal place for not only the academic pursuits for a girl but the overall development of personality through extracurricular activities.
Details of courses offeredPresently (as of 17th March 2021), the institute has announced and is offering admissions in class VI, IX, and XI only. The medium of instruction is Hindi but the course material will be provided to the students either in Hindi or English.
