At IIM-Kozhikode
The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode offers a professional certificate program in AI and ML for Business Excellence. The modules of this program are ideal for those who wish to incorporate concepts of AI & ML into a business set-up through an understanding of the data algorithms and analytical tools. Through the learning modules you will be sailing with ease through programming languages like Python, NumPy, and Pandas, get an understanding of mathematical & statistical models, learn varied optimization techniques and their utility in minimizing errors and maximizing returns, etc. The certificate program is ideal for those who are Team Leads in software development, working on AI and/or ML engineering projects.
Features: There are 15 modules, with an additional session that may be scheduled with a Guest lecture. The live sessions will be held only on Sunday evenings for about three hours, over six months. The program fee can be paid in installments.

The International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bangalore is offering a PG Diploma in Machine Learning and AI in collaboration with upGrad. The modules have been designed by experts in the industry specifically for working professionals with the goal to enable them to develop skills in advanced concepts. This includes graphic models, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Neural networks, etc along with a solid foundation of Statistics. Note that the institute makes it clear that this diploma program should not be considered an entry-level program in data science. However, if you have a Postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or in Statistics with at least 60% in the qualifying graduate exam along with over two years of total work experience, then you are exempt from the selection test.

Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani is offering a Post Graduate program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In addition to the live lectures, there will be question-answer sessions and discussion forums. The six courses in the program are – (i) The statistical learning method of Regression (ii) Feature Engineering, which includes data wrangling techniques and visualization techniques (iii) Understanding popular classification algorithms and interpreting projected models (iv) Unsupervised Learning & Association Rule Mining (v) Text mining and (vi) Deep learning.
Features: The 11-month program includes an eight-week Capstone project in which you will work in a team on resolving a business problem in data science. You will need to spend at least 8-10 hours each week on the program. You can also take up an optional course on Python at the beginning of the program. There may be (as per the current pandemic scenario and safety protocols) two campus immersion modules of two days each at the Hyderabad/Goa Campus of BITS Pilani, to interact with peers and learn from BITS faculty.
