Those qualified and eligible persons who have interest in teaching area can definitely take advantage of this opportunity for getting selected in these positions for PGT/TGT teachers. Eklavya model residential schools are conceptualised by the Govt under the Ministry of Tribal affairs, Govt of India, for the benefit of tribal and remote area students for imparting a good education to them through these residential schools. These schools are affiliated to CBSE teaching standards. Being a Govt run project the pay and salary structure is at par with the state Govt guidelines and the financial remunerations to the teachers are very attractive. There are about 14 Eklavya model schools in the state of Maharashtra where a continuous need of teachers and staff is generated and this article has brought out that requirement very nicely.
