How to get admission to German universities for higher education

Note that most of the undergraduate programs in Germany are offered in the German language, so be prepared for that. However, if you wish to attain a Masters degree from Germany, then you will have to submit the following documents:

Submitting Application process to Universities

You can submit your university admission application either online or by post or by a person. There are some universities which admit application only by post or by in person. In case of online submission, you will have to submit your application in JPG or PDF format depending upon the requirement.

Note that German universities receive a good number of international applications from students of different countries. So, after a couple of weeks of processing those applications, you may get an admission letter.

After you have received your admission letter from the university, you need to visit the German embassy located in your country to apply for a student visa for studying in Germany.

There is one of the important documents related to your financial resources called the German Blocked Account Confirmation letter. This shows that you have enough funds to live and study in Germany for one year.

Finding Accommodation in Germany

Note that until you don't have a registered address in Germany, you can't enroll in an educational course in university. So, before arriving in Germany, search for accommodation suitable for you. For cost-cutting, you can take a sharing room with students of your own country through online forums.
