Programmes Details
Eligibility Criteria: MA or MSc in Psychology from any recognised university or institute or college with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregates. There will be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST candidates. They must have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
Programme Duration: Two years

Fee Structure: Rs.2,50,000/- per annum
Eligibility Criteria: Post Graduation in the relevant field from any recognised university or institute or college with 55% marks. UGC-NET, UGC-NET-JRF is desirable.

Fee Structure: Rs.1,50,000/- per annum

Important Note: The candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination and their results are awaited, may also apply. However, they need to provide relevant documents at the time of counselling.
The candidates will have to pay a one-time refundable fee of Rs.10,000 (except PhD scholars) as caution money and Rs.2,500 (one-time non-refundable) as a registration fee.
Seat reservation will be as per Section 35 of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006. 25% of seats will be reserved for students of the State of Haryana (out of which 10% seats are reserved Scheduled Castes Candidates of the State of Haryana).How to Apply

Entrance Examination Pattern
PhD and MPhil
There will be 70 multiple choice questions of 70 marks (1 mark each). The entrance exam will be conducted at SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram-Badli Road, Gurugram–122505. Question will be asked as per the syllabus prescribed by SGT University as per the UGC guidelines.
Professional Diploma
The entrance exam will comprise multiple-choice questions (60 marks), descriptive questions (20 marks), practical (25 marks), group discussion (20 marks), and personal interview (25 marks). Questions will be asked from the syllabus of SGT University as per the RCI guidelines.Admission Procedure
Selection for admission to the MPhil in Clinical Psychology, PhD in all streams and Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology programmes of SGT university will be made based on the merit of entrance examination and interview that will be conducted at the SGT University Campus. Upon admission, the candidate will have to pay enrolment-cum-eligibility fee and continuation fee (in case if already registered in university). New candidates will have to submit a migration certificate also.
