Sanskriti University, located at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, and spread over to more than 70 acres on NH-2 Chhata just 57 km away from Delhi-NCR. Categories of Students: At the university, the candidates can enrol themselves as Full-Time or Part-Time. Full-time students will attend classes at university on a regular basis and will comply with the rules of prescribed attendance. The part-time students will the professionally employed personnel such as engineers, scientists, teachers, etc. They will pursue PhD on a part-time basis. However, to join the PhD they need to submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their organisation or employer.
Programme Duration: The PhD programme can be completed in a minimum of three years' duration and a maximum of 6 years. The candidates will have to complete the course work along with the research work.
PhD Programme Fee Structure
Full-time domestic students will have to pay the tuition fee of Rs. 75,000/- per annum while the tuition fee for the part-time domestic students will be Rs. 60,000/- per annum. The examination fee for all students, including full-time and part-time domestic students, is Rs.10,000/- per annum. The tuition fee for international students will be $1100 per annum. The candidates who wish to get admission in the PhD programme must visit the official website of Sanskriti University, Mathura, UP and check the instructions carefully before applying. The application form is to be filled in through both online and offline mode.
To apply online, the candidate must fill the application form through the official website of the University. Link for online registration is also provided in this article. All the mandatory details must be filled in the application form. The candidate must upload a scanned copy of a recent photograph at the appropriate place. After the filling of mandatory details, the application fee payment link will become active. Now, the application fee must be paid for subsequent submission of the application form.
The candidate, who wants to apply through offline mode, will have to fill application online and note the application number. After that they must prepare a Demand Draft of Rs.1500/- and must mention the application number on the backside of Demand Draft and must be sent it (by post or by hand delivery) to the following address:

A non-refundable application fee of Rs.1500/- is required to be paid by the applicants along with the application form. The candidates who are applying through online mode can make payment of the application fee online. The online payment will become active automatically, once the mandatory details are filled in. However, those who are applying through offline mode must send a Demand Draft of Rs. 1500/- payable to Sanskriti University at Mathura along with the application form.
Admission Procedure
For admission in the PhD programme, the candidates must satisfy the minimum eligibility requirement. Selection of the candidates will be done based on their performance in the entrance test and interviews. During interviews, the candidates will be asked to propose the research area of their interest and discuss it. The final selection of students will be done based on the discussion in the interview and the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the University's website and will also be intimated to the candidates on their emails. Because of COVID-19 situations. the entrance test will be conducted via University Online Examination Portal and the interviews will be held via Zoom Meetings App. Dates and timings of the entrance exam and interviews will be displayed on the university's website and also emailed to the students. Examination link, user ID and password and a link for the interview will be sent to the candidates through email. The entrance exam will be of 90 minutes duration comprising two papers (45 minutes each). The first paper will be based on the Research Aptitude and the second paper will be based on the relevant subject.Important Dates
