Keeping this challenging role of the new-age managers in mind, IIM Jammu in association with Eruditus is conducting the Executive Programme in General Management especially for professionals who wish to make a mark in their domain with effective managerial skills. The sessions for this one-year duration programme will be conducted online and there will be a campus immersion of three days. Program objectives
Eligibility
Participants after completing graduation or diploma in 10+2+3 mode from any recognized university can apply for this program. It is preferred that the participants should have a work experience of at least 1 year.
This program is suitable for those who aspire to become managers and also for those who wish to progress in their careers further. Entrepreneurs, consultants and team leaders willing to explore various aspects of the growth of the organization will find this program extremely beneficial as they will learn the essential concepts and strategies to execute a plan. Participants completing the program with good academic achievement and a minimum of 60% attendance will be awarded the completion certificate and will become eligible to get the IIM Jammu Executive Alumni Status.
Participants with remarkable academic achievements in the program will also be awarded a Certificate of Merit additional to the completion certificate. Application procedure

Program fee and instalments
The program fee is Rs 1, 65,000/- + GST. Candidates applying for the program within 10 August 2021 can avail of an Early Bird Fee of Rs 1, 51,000/- + GST. There is also a discount of up to 10% for participants enrolling in the program along with their colleagues.
The program fee can also be paid in four installments after paying the booking amount of Rs 20,000/- + GST within 7 days of selection. The last date of installments and the installment amount are as follows
Those availing Early Bird Fee have to pay Rs 16,000/- + GST on the last installment within 5th July 2022. Student Loan
