You will not receive any stipend, but the program is free of cost. Microsoft is furnishing the learning modules and certifications through its learning platform, Microsoft Learn. While the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) will ensure that what is taught in the curriculum is aligned to the National Education Policy 2020, the Sector Skills Council of NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM) will ensure that the courses are in sync with the current National Occupational Standards. This will be achieved by linking the courses on FutureSkills Prime, which is the digital initiative under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY), Govt. of India.
On the technological side, software developer GitHub will give students free access to the finest tools with the special student developer package and the chance to team up with other developers on projects. Ernst & Young (EY) will be offering the requisite technology and industry mentorship. The overall learner experience will be managed by Quess Corp., a business services provider, and there is a possibility of attending one or two online career fairs hosted by them.

The Microsoft Future Ready Talent virtual internship program is such that you can learn at your own pace for the duration of nine weeks, with a total of 190 hours of learning. Since the learning will take place in batches, once a particular batch has started, you cannot join that batch. The expertise of established tech masters will be available at your fingertips. They will also be your mentors for the final project submission.

This is really a great gesture by the the top company Microsoft to provide the learnings in some nich areas to such a large number of students. By seeing the massiveness of the program it also appears that Microsoft itself will also be benefited by this large scale program because these things act like an advertisement and popularity enhancement methods for Microsoft products to a larger mass in the public. Every company likes that its products should be used by more and more people. In today's competitive world there are many top companies which are vying for a part of the consumers or customers to use their applications and their softwares and in that competition such offers could come and it is not very surprising.
Anyway that is business perspective about the thing but the graduates who have an interest in computers and computing areas and who want to acquire special skills in the fields like artificial intelligence, cloud computing etc must take this opportunity I will say a great opportunity that a top house like Microsoft is offering a free internship for a good 190 hours learning time which is a quite good time for acquiring new skills. Moreover the availability of different batches will give the students a good time management and they can join the batch which suits them the most.
