Frequently Asked Questions

What is the advantage of participating in later rounds of counselling?
There are many good students who apply at many places and there is a bright chance that they will be joining the best institution out of the lot and getting their admission cancelled in other places. So due to this, some positions may get vacant and there are chances for the average students to try for these seats which can be done only in the later rounds of counselling.
Who can benefit from the dual degree B.Tech.+MBA as offered by IGDTUW ?
Nowadays many students are going for MBA after completing their B.Tech. degree course to get better positions in the industry and business houses. With this aspiration in mind it makes sense to go for a dual degree course.
What is the use of giving so many choices of courses while applying for admission?
The idea of indicating many courses as options at the time of making an application is basically to ascertain the merit position of the student in different courses for admission. That status will be definitely useful for the students in taking a decision for selecting the right course for admission.
