About the course

The specific modules over four weeks are-
First week: Supply Chain Fundamentals- Introduction and Course Overview, Customer Value and Operations Strategy, Supply Chain Integration, etc.
Second week: Supply Chain Digitization- Big Data Analytics for reengineering business processes. Prioritization Guidelines, Developing an effective solution architecture, etc.
Third week: Supply Chain Resiliency- The Risk Exposure Index, Inventory Management Strategies, etc.
Fourth week: Supply Chain Sustainability- Network Planning, Risk Sharing Strategies, etc.
