    Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (MYSY)

    This Scholarship Scheme is available for all category students having scored 80 percentile or more in the HSC exam passed in the current admission year. The student's family annual income should not exceed Rs. 6 lacs amount. This Scholarship has a different scheme amount depending on the type of professional course he chooses for his career. Medical and dental courses get 50% of tuition fees or Rs. 2 lacs whichever is less. For engineering, pharmacy, ayurvedic, nursing, agriculture, physiotherapy, paramedical, veterinary, homeopathic courses get 50% of tuition fees or Rs. 50,000 whichever is less. While BBA, BSc, B.Com, BA and BCA courses get 50% of tuition fees or Rs. 10,000 whichever is less and all the diploma courses avail 50% of tuition fees or Rs. 25,000 amount whichever is less. If a student who is taking MYSY benefits will not get any benefits in a given semester if he or she fails to get at least 50 % marks in the previous semester.

    Scholarship options after HSC Science in Gujarat

    SC/ST Category scholarship scheme

    All SC/ST category students will get 100 % scholarship from the government if their family annual income is less than Rs. 2,50,000. All SC/ST students are eligible to get free-ship cards. They need to obtain such cards to avail this 100 % scholarship from the government. They do not need to pay fees at college. The tuition fees amount is directly deposited in the college fee account.

    NT/DNT Category scholarship scheme

    All the Notified Tribes or Denotified Tribes (NT/DNT) are eligible to get Rs. 50,000 amount as a scholarship from the government if their annual income is less than Rs. 2 lacs. One can apply for such a scholarship after the admission is confirmed. One has to produce an admission letter from the institute to get this scholarship approval from the government.

    Merit-cum-means scholarship scheme for minorities

    Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girls for Technical Education
