Harcourt Butler Technical University Kanpur, also known as HBTU Kanpur is located at Uttar Pradesh state, India. Uttar Pradesh government established this university in the year 2016. Earlier this institute was known as Harcourt Butler Technological University Kanpur. Eligibility:- Candidates with 60% marks in the 10+2 examination from UP board or any equivalent board/university with a minimum of 5 subjects in which Math and Physics are compulsory along with one of the subjects from Biology/Biotechnology/Chemistry/computer Science as Technical vocational subject. SC/ST candidates require only 55% marks
Selection process: - Admission to B.Tech programs shall be made as per the rules prescribed by the University from time to time. The admissions shall be made on the merit of the candidates in JEE (Main / any other National Level Entrance Examination as specified by the University. Application and selection process
Candidates can apply online for their desired courses at the CLRI official website. While filling out the application form, they will be asked to upload the passport size photograph and attested copies of Aadhar, mark sheets, age proof, Transfer certificate (TC), and Community certificates. There will be an entrance exam/trade test/interview for selecting eligible candidates. Usually, this is conducted during January and the classes are supposed to start by January-end.
