Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), New Delhi has announced the schedule for admissions to Kendriya Vidyalaya schools for the academic year 2022-23.KV admissions registration process
Parents who wish to get admission for their wards for Class 1 will be the first to get the opportunity to register through the online mode. The registration form will be available at the official website or, alternatively, they can register and submit the form via the Android Mobile App through their smartphone. Subsequently will begin registrations for Class II and above based on the number of vacancies, for which registrations have to be made online and then the completed form has to be scanned and submitted via email only. Students seeking admission to Class XI can download the registration form from the official website as per the schedule for admission, scan the filled-in form and send it via email. Reservation of seats will be as per the KVS admission guidelines.

Due to the pandemic, parents should not visit any KV campus and strictly follow the guidelines issued by the State Govt. and local officials. They should contact the KV Principal or the person in charge of admission at the KV through an email and, if required, go to the campus only at the specified time that is allotted to them.

Online Registration for Class 1 will begin on 28th February 2022 from 10 a.m.
Online registration for Class 1 will end on 21st March 2022 at 7 p.m.
The first list of provisionally selected candidates and those on the waitlist will be released on 25th March 2022. In the case of vacant seats, a second list will be released on 1st April 2022, and in the case of further vacant seats, a third list will be released on 8th April 2022.
The admission of eligible candidates on the list of selected students will be in this order: (i) Those applying under the RTE quota; (ii) Those from the Service Priority Category (I and II) only; and (iii) Shortfall of Reservation Quota after admission in (i) and (ii).
A list of provisionally selected candidates as per the priority service category for unreserved seats, if any (keeping the leftover reserved seats blocked), will be released on these dates- 6th April, 7th April, and 8th April 2022.
A second notification will be issued to declare the extended date for offline registrations for admissions to be made under RTE Provisions, SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) only in the case of receipt of a sufficient number of not received online mode. This notification will be released on 13th April 2022, and registrations will be open from 13th April to 16th April 2022. The list of admissions will then be displayed from 18th April to 22nd April 2022.
Registration for Class-II onwards (except Class XI), subject to availability of vacancies in a particular class in offline mode (through email) will be from 8th April to 16th April 2022.
Declaration of the list of Class II onwards will be from 21st April 2022, 4 p.m. onwards.
Admissions for Class II onwards will be conducted from 22nd to 28th April 2022.
The last date to take admission for all classes except Class XI is 30th June 2022.
For students of Kendriya Vidyalayas, the registration for admission in Class XI should be within 10 days after the declaration of the Class 10 exam results. The display of the admissions list and admissions for these students will then be within 20 days after the declaration of the Class 10 results.
The registration, display of admission list, and admissions to Class XI for non-KV students, based on the number of seats available, can be done only after the admissions of the KV students in class XI.
The last date of admission for Class XI is 30 days from the date of declaration of Class 10 exam results by the CBSE Board.Where to register for KV admissions 2022
