SR University is one of the private universities in Telangana state located in Warangal, Telangana. SR university was established in 2002 and is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH). It offers different UG, PG, and doctoral programs in different disciplines. Eligibility Criteria
Tuition Fee
A tuition fee of Rs.35000/- per semester (twice a year) is to be paid by full-time Ph.D. students till the submission of the thesis.Categories of Ph.D.
Full-time: The candidates who will join full-time Ph.D. will be residing on campus.
Part-time: The candidates who are working in organizations can join a part-time program. They will have to conduct research using basic facilities and an environment for research of their organization. Programme duration
The PhD program is 3 years( 6 semesters)for full time in engineering and management. The Ph.D. program is 4 years(8 semesters) for part-time in management and engineering. Financial assistance
Financial assistance will be provided to the students who will get admission under the Full-time Regular with assistantship/fellowship category. They will receive a monthly stipend in return for 8 hours of work per week of Teaching or Research Assistantships. They will get INR 25,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand per month) to full-time Ph.D. scholars in Engineering. And INR 20,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand per month) to full-time Ph.D. scholars in Management.
Note: For JRF qualified candidates, an additional Fellowship of INR 7000/- per month shall be given. Conditions for continuation and total duration of applicability of the Ph.D. Assistantship shall be as per the Ph.D. regulations of the University.Application Procedure
Desirous candidates who wish to apply for PhD programme should visit the official website of the SR university Warangal and submit their applications online through the online application portal. To fill application online, the candidates will have to register themselves and generate a username and password. For this purpose, a registered mobile number and email ID will be required. Application is to be submitted online only and no need to submit a hard copy. It is suggested to take a printout of the computer-generated filled application form and keep it safely for future record. Application Fee
There will be an application fee to be paid by the candidate. The fee is non-refundable and is to be paid online through net banking, debit card, or visa/master credit card. Please note that any bank or payment gateway service charges will have to be borne by the applicant. Details of the application are as follows:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Selection is based on the merit rank in the eligibility test and followed by an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on performance in the interview including weightage of research publication and PPT presentation of the proposed work will be considered for final selection.
