Established by the Narsee Monjee Educational Trust, Jamnabai Narsee International School (JNIS), Mumbai is a highly reputed co-educational IB Continuum school offering the IB and Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The classes are in accordance with the norms of the International Baccalaureate framework. Students of Grades 1 to 5 are in the Primary Years Programme (PYP), those of Grades 6 to 9 are in the Middle Years Programme (MYP), those in Grade 8 can opt for the IGCSE program, and students of Grade 11 can enroll either for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) program or the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) programme.
With a student-teacher ratio of 8:1, individual attention is ensured. The school is committed to providing a healthy educational experience through sporting, cultural, and experiential learning. Skills are developed and talent comes to the fore through diverse extracurricular activities, such as creative Art, debates, the Scouts and Guides program, etc. Co-curricular activities include sports, folk dance lessons, robotics, indoor games, etc. Through the NarseeMonjee Center for Excellence (NMCE), students get an opportunity to learn Spanish and Mandarin, get counselling for academics, etc. Students of Grade 11 and 12 may get an opportunity to take up a 4-week internship with a reputed company/organization under the Jamnabai Narsee Co-operative Education (Co-op Programme).
As for infrastructure, the campus has no dearth of top-notch facilities. Academic classes are held in spacious digital-enabled classrooms, and there is an auditorium and amphitheatre for various programs. Parents are required to first fill up an online registration form. As per the class to which admission is sought, the parents can check out the procedure and the admission link that has been provided under the Admissions Tab (it is advisable to use the Google Chrome browser). Note that registration does not mean an assurance of getting admission.
For Pre-school admissions: On completing the registration form and payment of the online registration fee, parents will receive a PDF document of the completed form and the receipt on their email ID that they have given. Additionally, they will receive the school brochure at the residential address that they have given and will be notified regarding Nursery admission in the first week of October 2022. Admission to Jr. Kindergarten will depend on the availability of seats.

For PYP and MYP admissions: Parents who have submitted the online registration form can attend the Parents' Information Session on 23rd September 2022 at 4.30 p.m. An informal assessment and interaction with the parents and the child will be scheduled for mid-October 2022. Parents whose wards have been selected for admission will receive an intimation via email regarding their admission to the PYP / MYP batch 2022-2023 by mid-November 2022.

For Cambridge Checkpoint Grade 8 admissions: Parents should fill up the online registration form and attend the Parent information session on 22nd September 2022 at 4.30 pm. Parents whose wards have been selected for admission will receive an intimation via email regarding their admission to Cambridge Checkpoint Grade 8 by the end of October 2022.

For IBDP/IBCP Grade 11 admissions: Parents should fill up the online registration form and attend the Parent information session on 21st September 2022 from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. An entrance test (JNET) and a Personal Interview have been scheduled for 8th October 2022. The test and the last two years of academic records will be the determining factors for selection. Parents whose wards have been selected for admission will then receive an intimation via email regarding their wards' admission by mid-November 2022.
