Nursery Admission Documents
Child's passport size photograph (colored).
The photograph must be recent, preferably not older than 6 months.

The medical fitness certificate should bear the child's name, date of birth, and other medical information (like height, weight, blood group, any allergies, any disease, etc.) with the name and signature of the RMO and his/her registration number.
Residence Proof, having the same address as mentioned on the admission form (any of the following)-
Voter ID Card (both sides)
Ration card issued in the name of any parent bearing the child's name as well
Passport in the name of any parent (both sides)
Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/ Water bill in the name of any parent
Aadhar Card of any of the parents or the child.
Optional documents required for school admission
In case of any sibling (child of the same parent) studying in the same school, the latest fee receipt and identity card of the sibling.
In the case of alumni parents (mother or father studied in the same school), provide the Class XII examination passing certificate and CBSE mark sheet issued by the concerned authority.
In the case of single-parent, provide marital status proof (divorce decree or death certificate issued by the concerned authority).
In the case of staff parents, provide a valid identity card issued by the school.
In the case of Minorities, provide minority certificates issued by the religious group or community.
In case of Transfer, posting or transfer order to the city is required along with the joining letter.
Documents required for admission in Class 2nd to Class 9th and Class 11th
In addition to all documents mentioned above, the examination pass certificate of the previous class is required for admission in Class 2nd to Class 9th and Class 11th. School authorities may also ask for admission tests.

Nowadays, most schools invite applications in online mode only, i.e. fill out the application form online along with the scanned copy of all required documents and submit them. Thanks for your feedback, Mr. Rahul. But an aadhar card is mandatory nowadays. Either they ask it at the time of admission or within 2-3 months post-admission.
Aadhaar is not required for admission in schools, unless the student is seeking any government subsidy, etc.
